Nelson & Company Attorneys-at-Law invites qualified applications for the following position:

(A) SENIOR Legal Secretary.

1) at least 5 years relevant law firm experience in company incorporation and administration;
2) accurate word processing skills 75 wpm+ ;
3) proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Access Database and PC Law; AND preferably
4) proficiency in government CAP (Corporate Administration Platform);
5) proficiency in government BOD (Beneficial Ownership Registers);
6) proficiency in on-line processing of Government returns and payment of annual fees;

The successful applicant is likely to have graduate level education. This is a senior support staff role and only those candidates with the specified legal skills and abilities will be considered.
